Cotswold stone barn in a courtyard setting with packed borders, with a mature specimen of magnolia grandiflora 'Exmouth', Mediterranean style patio with pots, climbers and wall mural. Also, orangery with Mad Hatters Tea Party.

On the day of Gardens Open (18th June 2017) our Orangery had life size soft sculptures of the Mad Hatter, Alice and Friends in a tea party setting, along with a Wacky Hat & Beanies sale, with one off designs not found on the High Street.
